All is well when it...

Liked: After several attempts, we finally found a front desk manager willing to listen and to try to solve our problems. After that, all went smooth and we really enjoyed our stay.Good services for cleaning the rooms, even though they sometimes forgot to check the shower gel and soap and we had to go ask at the front desk.Next to the metro and also walking distance from the city center if you enjoy longer walks.
Disliked: From day 1 I was under the impression that nobody was listening to me, was considering my complaints and was willing to at least try to assist. Also, nobody replied to my message sent through booking 3 days prior to our arrival, nor to my email sent at the same time directly on the hotel email address.The climatisation in the standard rooms is not dimensioned according to the room's surface, so, at the lowest speed it blows you over, especially during the night, as it is oriented towards the bed.In the superior room we received after the first 2 nights the climatisation was to weak and not enough to counteract the 40 degrees outside; might be because of the dirty filters which did not let the air pass.The hotel cannot guarantee they can accommodate minor children in a room next to their parent's room, even though you announce in advance.Other than that, no minibar in the room and the rooms are tiny as one might expect in Paris.

Liked: It's close to Sacré Cœur.
Disliked: Noise of Street for sleep. Hard to manage luggage in room. No hot water in showers in check-in. Completely lacking for a hotel, was shivering after first shower. Bathroom & toliet are awkward to use. The initial reception hotel put my reciept in the wrong folder and they were wanting to charge 428€ again. Lucky I had time & the other nice lady spent 15 minutes & found it so I didn't end up having to my call bank. Obviously a last minute booking but I wish I had read the rest of the reviews before booking.

Nice hotel in great location

Liked: Great location just a few minutes walk to Sacre Coeur. Lots of restaurants in the area. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, it was a nice walk but a few miles. It was also very hot so we took an uber back. The rooms were small but comfortable and the staff were helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out so we could explore the city more before leaving for our next destination.
Disliked: Nothing

Great for a night in...

Liked: The reception at the hotel was delightful. Close to a metro, Gare du Nord, a funky flee market on Sunday and a great restaurant Bouillon.
Disliked: Bedroom was small. And breakfast isn't worth it.

Happy for the nice view...

Liked: I walked to the hotel from Gare du Nord, I didn't have breakfast there as I was in a hurry.The location is great and it is very quiet. They even had an adapter from the UK to French plug as I had forgotten mine! Thank you
