Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. During check-in, we were informed that in an effort to protect the environment, housekeeping would not enter our rooms daily unless we specifically requested it after 10:00 AM. However, to our surprise, we discovered that housekeeping entered our room every day without our knowledge (they emptied the trash).On the fourth day of our stay, we found that the sheets had been changed without any prior notice, and we were shocked to see housekeeping enter our room while the "privacy" sign was on the door. After that, I took a shower, and when I stepped out, I found my door wide open, leaving me exposed and vulnerable. I was appalled that housekeeping would enter my room a second time while I was in a state of undress. They had no problem entering my room while I could hear the shower running.I immediately reported this to the front desk, only to be told that the housekeeping staff's responsibilities were not their concern. The next day, when I spoke with hotel management, I received a dry apology and a coffee capsule left in my room as compensation, which was utterly inadequate.Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the room was non-existent. When I informed the front desk about this, they simply stated that it might not work. I will never stay at this hotel again and will be filing a complaint about this establishment with the Best Western chain.
