Nice room but parking an...

Liked: Lovely room, clean and large.
Disliked: Says it’s dog friendly but literally nowhere in a mile radius you can take the dog to go to the toilet (if they only go on grass like mine) not a dog friendly neighbourhood as literally no green space anywhere. Also, I had booked parking but when we arrived they said there was none available, had to park in a public car park about 500m away which would have been fine, had I not had my 30kg dog with me and having to walk her uphill in 33°c searing middle of the day heat! (She burnt her paws getting to the hotel). No apologies from the staff, just a shrug of the shoulders). Won’t stay again.

Liked: Customer service was excellent. Hotel was very neat and clean. Good size rooms equipped with all the basic needs like of hair dryer, toiletries, safe, tea coffee etc were given. We stayed there for three nights. Bed size and mattress were good to sleep
