Disliked: Bed was VERY Hard - price was waaaay to high. One night is the price we played for four nights at a better hotel in Berli.The hotell feels worn down, but cost.Hard to find the entrance.

Liked: Very clean (apart from a carpeted floor, which is never quite clean), housekeeping staff was lovely, room was big and spacious, breakfast was quite good, really appreciated being able to make fresh orange juice. I used the fitness room/gym a few times, it is very small, but adequate, with a stationary bike, elliptical machine that unfortunately moves a bit when you use it, and a weightlifting unit. It's above a mall, which is very convenient. Even though it was near a train station it was very quiet. Nice big windows.
Disliked: The wifi was very poor. Also, I was very disappointed that I got wrong information from the woman working on the front desk. For one, she told me (twice) that breakfast was until 12 noon on weekends, when in fact it is until 11. I enquired about a late check-out and she told me I could stay until 4 pm without additional cost because they had lots of rooms available. I was delighted, since my flight was late in the evening. I wanted to get my bags at 6 pm to go to the airport, and she said it would be no problem to check out at 4 and store the bags until 6. So the day of the check-out she was not working, and another woman was there, who denied all the other woman had said. I could not be in the room until 4 pm, check-out was at 12, and I could store my bags only until 4 pm because she had to leave and there would be no one in the reception. Upsetting, since I had planned my day according to the information I received from the first lady. Also, the second lady was very unpleasant about it. The stay had been great up until then, and I would have given 5* had it not been for this disappointing end to my stay. Incidentally, there was no receptionist there in the evenings, and sometimes not even during the day, so the doors were locked -- you had to use your room key card to get in.
