Liked: Wonderful! Clean. Comfy. Good breakfast included. (It had real bacon! Not something found everywhere in European travels)

Liked: Overall is pretty good near public transport convenient to small shopping supermarket around the hotel and restaurant around Hotel
Disliked: I think about pillow is a little flat but overall in the room, pretty good and clean

Disliked: The first night experience. They gave us a tiny room, obviously meant for one person. There was no air conditioning (so it was unbearably hot), and the bed was clearly not a large double bed -- too narrow for two people. After we complained, they relocated us to a different room but only starting with the second night, so we had to spend a sleepless night in Copenhagen. This second room did look like the one in the pictures on the Booking website, that is, the room we were expecting to get in the first place.

Liked: The single bed should be in the centre because it is very difficult to sleep on single bed with hands touching the wall again and again.

Liked: Nice location, great breakfast. The family room for 4 was OK, but is was better on pictures. A 3* room, I would say.

Liked: It was a 5-10 minute walk from the central train station. The hotel decor was beautiful inside and the breakfast offered so many different options. The staff were friendly and the hotel very clean
Disliked: I had a single room was quite small and it was at the front of the hotel so the noise from the street was very loud, I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. I also had the hotel sign right next to my window which was very bright and even with the blind and curtains (which were not blackout ones) it still made my room quite bright
