Pleasant hotel close to the...

Liked: Great hotel close to the main train station (you can walk from there). It had a pleasant character, nice inner garden, helpful staff. Breakfast was great, although guests were warned that it can get crowded in the later hours. I went early and left when the crowds arrived and had no problems. I loved the special cheese slicer and the great variety of vegetables. Perfectly suitable for vegetarians. Would book again without hesitation. Great location too. And silent. Copenhagen is silent in general, but this hotel is just far enough from the train station to be really quiet. The bed was of good quality too.
Disliked: Nothing. A striptease bar is right next to the hotel, but heard or seen nothing disturbing.

Excellent value and friendliness for...

Liked: Very well located. It is clearly a refurbished property, but very clean, enough comfort without any luxury. People were so friendly and efficient. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Located on the top floor, the wooden floor cracks while walking. Otherwise ok.

Ideal location for Tivoli

Liked: Very cozy (hygge) deco. Clean, friendly staff willing to go out of their way to help. Good breakfast options. Location close to Tivoli gardens, supermarket and Espresso House coffee shop.
Disliked: No ventilation in the bathroom. No complimentary water bottle in the room. No cappuccino machine, had to pay for it at breakfast. Also no English breakfast tea.
