Best Western Hotel Hatfield

Breakfast was excellent - all cooked food piping hot.

Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: Room tired.

Great Hotel.excellent location on sea...

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and Bar very comfortable and well laid out. Very relaxed atmosphere and good range of food and drinks offered at the Bar. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable .
Disliked: Room although spacious and beds comfortable and very clean could do with a bit more TLC - the bathroom rather basic and naked plaster patches which were left unpainted.Does have lift but still requires one to negotiate series of stairs once on your room floor - bit of a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Liked: Location!!! Superb location, right on the beach!!!
Disliked: No air conditioning in the room. Fixed shower heads in the shower rooms. Not possible to wash feet without getting wet! Breakfast was very small portions. Could be bigger! Bar staff forgot to prepare lunch order we placed about 30 min ago!

Nice hotel on beachfront near...

Liked: Nice hotel next to the beach, convenient to the town centre. Room overlooking the sea, good sized, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good shower. Breakfast served in dining area, freshly cooked to order, very nice. Pleasant walks to be had along the adjacent beach.
Disliked: Maybe air conditioning in the room as it was very hot and window could not be left open wide because of seagulls.

Seafront hotel in a thriving...

Liked: A very late booking (an hour before I arrived) but everything was ready. Efficient staff and a great breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of

Liked: Love being right on the sea front and always choose a sea view. Also love how friendly the staff are and how attentive they are.
Disliked: Nothing to not like.
