Disliked: It was our Wedding Anniversary, so I booked a 'Deluxe' Double Room. Whilst I understand fully that you can't go by the photographs, you live in the hope that it would be something a bit more special than a standard double room. Unfortunately, this was not the case. There was absolutely nothing 'deluxe' about our room and it was nothing like the guideline photo.The bed was very uncomfortable.The pillows were simply the worse I have ever had the misfortune to find myself attempting to sleep on. My suggestion would be to bin them.The windows were dirty.I wrote a letter of complaint twice with no sign of any reply. As returning customers, this was very disappointing. I was still awake at gone 2am. Does my photo look 'deluxe'? Don't charge more, and not deliver.

Great little seaside hotel

A great location.

Liked: I liked its indoor and outdoor terraces, large bar and restaurants. A decent breakfast was available for a fair price and hot food cooked to order. The Hotel is situated opposite large sandy beaches and a short walk from the harbour and shops. The Marina theatre was only a further 5 minute walk.
Disliked: No real issues.

Only stayed the one night...

Liked: Great location by the sea and only 10 minutes walk into town. Good facilities and an excellent bar and restaurant looking out to sea.

We did what we went...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent! The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We booked what was supposedly a double deluxe room but we have no idea what was meant by deluxe. The bed was uncomfortable and standard size. It was also very well worn with collapsing sides. On the whole the hotel is very sad and in need of updating.
