Comfortable hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Location was very good, walkable and good transport links. Room was quiet but small for two people. Staff were helpful and friendly. I had trouble with the key to my suitcase and the staff were exceptionally helpful over that.
Disliked: A pity that the light/express breakfast was only available after 10 o'clock - the website said it was available earlier.

Great location and lovely room

Liked: Great location and very comfortable room. The staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciated the air conditioning being on before I arrived as it was a heat wave when I travelled.
Disliked: There was no shower in the room, only a bath. It didn’t bother me as I enjoy bathing but maybe someone who prefers to shower should request a shower. It was quite expensive for the hotel and I was expecting a bit more value for money.
