Liked: From the very first moment, I received excellent service at the reception – the staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive to every question or request. I truly felt they cared about making my stay pleasant and comfortable.The room was spacious and very cozy, with a pleasant design and a homely atmosphere. The facilities were of a high standard – a shower with strong hot water pressure, perfectly working air conditioning, and an especially comfortable bed that allowed for restful sleep.The room was also extremely quiet, with no noise from outside – which made for peaceful and refreshing nights.One of the things that impressed me the most was returning after a long day of touring to find my room clean, tidy, with a fresh scent and new towels waiting.The service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere of the hotel turned my stay into a truly positive and enjoyable experience.Another great advantage: the hotel is located a short distance from the main attractions that Turin has to offer – which made it easy to explore the city without long travel times.Highly recommended – and I would happily return in the future!

Nice central hotel - however,...

Liked: Great location and still relatively quiet. The room was big and the breakfast really good with more variety than at many hotels in Italy.
Disliked: It says on the listing that the hotel has parking which is why I booked it. The hotel does not have any parking. They have a place where you can unload but you then need to go in search of a parking garage. So I think that listing absolutely needs to change, they should not be allowed to tick the "parking available" box.

Disliked: WIFI is really not that great to say the least. Such a pity because it's so cheap to fix. Otherwise, no complaints
