Great value and a nice...

Liked: Extremely clean and tidy, friendly staff, good atmosphere.
Disliked: Had to pay for tea and coffee in reception - normally this is in the rooms and is complementary, however I understand why they have it this way.

Terrible Experience In Stockholm

Liked: Well I didn’t like that every time you come to the hotel during late hours they locked the main door and you have to wait outside if someone will open the door for you. I have never ever experienced this horrible service in a hotel specifically with places who have higher crime rates and to think you wanted to go straight to your room because you are tired yet they kept asking what’s your name and room number etc. It’s so frustrating especially on my first night that I was so damned tired. So there is no coming back for me on this hotel.
Disliked: The service. They could better hire more staff and have the door open to guests instead of having them waiting outside especially during late hours. What if you wanted to use the WC you can’t do it because you have to undergo an interrogation phase on this hotel. It’s extremely frustrating.

Great Place

Liked: Super friendly and uncomplicated service. The roms are small but very cozy, well equipped and clean. Fair bang for buck ratio

Liked: The combination of the rooms, staff and shared area were great value for money - the sandwiches were also delicious
Disliked: The rooms without window were very claustrophobic but that's our fault for being cheap, once we moved up some floors it's was great. Was slightly out of the city but still walkable.
