Disliked: The rooms were disgusting. After reviewing 4 different rooms which all had clumps of hair, nail clippings and food crumbs under the sheets we told management we cannot stay there. They told us we would get a refund but then ghosted us and stopped responding to our emails. Absolutely disgusting.

Very good and clean Hotel,...

Liked: Very good Hotel, located on walking distance from Metro station and approx. 2 km away from Stockholm Central station. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Hotel Lobby offers Coffee, Breakfast, Sandwiches and Drinks. Clean room and Bathroom with complimentary Shampoo and Body wash. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

Was a very nice and...

Liked: Very pleasant stay, friendly staff and good location. Stayed for one night and we’re very happy with our time there. Was also able to store our luggage there for the whole day which was perfect for us to go explore the city and not worry about carrying everything around with us.

good hotel and facilities

Liked: Room was small however had everything I needed for a short stay. It was located close to train station which was a short journey into central Stockholm.
Disliked: room was small for two adults and luggage and would have been a struggle for more than a night stay.

Liked: Good location, nice and quiet and cosy rooms! Also helpful staff who work there.

Fine budget stay

Liked: Nice location, many supermarkets nearby. Staff is nice. Metro and bus around the corner. Free washer and dryer for laundry downstairs as well as a lounge with a place to work if you wanted to. Tv with cromecast in the room to unwind.
Disliked: We had a room without windows (which we reserved) but it was really hot at night and no option to open a window and no AC, a fan would have been nice. The small toilet has a huge sink that overlaps the toilet. This makes wiping or changing tampons etc really annoying because there is not much room and you bump into the sink.

Good location, basic rooms

Liked: Hotel is in a great location, close to a metro station, it's a great base for exploring Stockholm. Rooms are clean and staff were very friendly and helpful - but the hotel is very basic and not as comfortable as other Scandic hotels we've stayed in.
Disliked: We'd originally booked a windowless basement room thinking we won't be spending much time in the room so it will be fine. As soon as we arrived we upgraded - the basement rooms are tiny and have no air con, and it was very hot while we were there! Was reasonable price to upgrade to a standard room with windows and air con but the air con wasn't very good... We kept it on constantly and we were still too hot. Having your room cleaned was also an extra charge which we didn't bother with.
