Excellent value, great staff and...

Liked: The hotel is located relatively close to the Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, where our event was held. The value for our stay was exceptional, considering that the event was sold out and many other stays charged considerably higher prices. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Ansperger.
Disliked: For the price, there's really nothing to complain about. If there's something worth mentioning: The bathroom's sliding glass door was something we had to get used to and the space inside the bathroom is a bit narrow.

Liked: The location for a visit to Ludwigsburg is very good.
Disliked: The web site states that the hotel has car parking facilities, however as I found out, this is only possible for normal size cars. My Mitsubishi ASX was too high.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect within easy walking distance to the main street, the city centre, shopping centres, restaurants, the old town, and the palace. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short stroll away.Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.We also really appreciated the secured parking, which made our stay stress free. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!
