Liked: Close to the city center, friendly staff, comfortable. Parking is available (except for bigger or heavier cars, you have to use an elevator).

Liked: It was clean and the staff was polite and professional.
Disliked: The only issue is we can hear everything outside and it is not always quiet. As the pre-authorization payment it doesn't release automatically so I will have to wait a while to get it my money back.

Great hotel for a short...

Liked: Overall, it was a wonderful stay!The only downside was being charged just under €10 after checkout, as housekeeping claimed we had taken two items from the minibar—which we hadn’t. When we brought it up at reception, the staff member kindly explained the charge and immediately cancelled it, as he believed us. We’re still unsure why housekeeping would make such a claim, though.

Excellent hotel for families (2+2)

Liked: Staff were particularly helpful and efficient. The family room was very spacious and comfortable - my son enjoyed the curtains around his bunk bed! Quiet at night despite the central location.
Disliked: Worth noting that onsite parking is only available to cars weighing less than 1900kg which rules out most modern hybrid SUVs, even modest-sized ones. Very good secure public parking available 3 mins away (with lots of EV chargers) costing c€30 per day. If I was being fussy, the external door to the room opens into the children's room and then you proceed into the main bedroom through another door - it would be reassuring to have an extra physical lock on the external door (not that the hotel felt insecure etc.)

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The noise from elevetor made me sleepless. The hotel should reduse the price of the room which is close to elevetor.
