Great staff! not so great...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early, and when after checking out we forgot an item at the hotel, the hotel administrators helped us to ship it back to our home. Very grateful for their help! Also, the view from the room was amazing!
Disliked: Unfortunately, bathroom facilities were visibly dirty on our arrival and I had to clean the toilet before using it. Generally the bathroom was in poor condition, uncomfortable and not very clean. Balcony floor was dirty as well. The breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel, with fantastic room...

Liked: The room was fantastic and big. The view was amazing. Location was great as it was possible to access different parts of the city easily. I definitely recommend the hotel.
Disliked: The breakfast is simple and there aren't a lot of tables available. We decided to take it elsewhere.

good value hotel in convenient...

Liked: The location was great - easy to access from the train station and a short walk to the river. The room was comfortable if a little small. There was a fridge. The staff were friendly and obliging. The room had a nice little balcony.

Amazing hotel in the heart...

Liked: The location was perfect! Our room was super clean, spacious and our balcony had a spectacular view.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
