Great Lyon Break

Liked: The room was better than expected, lots of space, lovely balcony, great air conditioning, quiet, lots of towels. We walked from the station in a round 20 mins. Was ideally situated to get to the old town in about 20 mins. Trams and metros were nearby if you needed these.
Disliked: The only issues we had no breakfast tea bags only flavoured ones, no milk of any time so bought in local shop and put into the fridge. 2 days we had no mugs in the room and only found out late at night on arrival back in the room so had to go to reception to get some.

Really enjoyed it and would...

Liked: The staff. Especially Lukas on the night shift. He was very helpful and had brilliant communication skills.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little basic.

Clean room, good location, lovely...

Liked: The location was really good if what you are looking for is a good night sleep. It had a great view - of Hotel Part Dieu. It is only 10 minute walk from the city center, 20 minute to train station and very close to some amazing restaurants. We stayed in a suite room which was very spacious. The staff were really nice, Thomas from the reception was very helpful. The hotel was a bit old in terms of decoration and all but kept very well and clean.
Disliked: The water pressure was very low which makes it difficult to take a shower, especially if you long hair.
