Good for a one night...

Liked: Staff were great. Good choice at the breakfast. Great location. The family room was very spacious. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: Lumpy pillows. Old shower with poor water pressure. The hotel generally feels a bit old and not quite up to modern standards, for example none of the beds had sockets near them for charging phones etc. In fact in the entire family room for 6people we could only find 4 sockets. All the glasses at breakfast are stuck together and when I tried to separate them one smashed into tiny pieces in my hand and I got lots of cuts. The staff mentioned that this happens from time to time!! And I saw another cracked glass someone tried to separate! Why do t they just put single layers of glasses with trays in between to stop their guests getting broken glass in their hands!!!

Liked: Great location, good for hiking, great historical architecture, shopping possibilities just next to the hotel. There was an issue with documents left in reception, but hotel staff were so nice to solved the problem by sending the documents to may home address free of charge.

Disliked: Do not eat the Schnitzel on the Menu, one side was black. Had to remove all black stuff before I could start eating it.

A very good hotel

Liked: When we stay at Best Western hotels always welcome feel safe and well satisfied. The staff do there utmost to helpthe customer. Hard working people. The breakfast was great and the bread is to die for. Even the parking is just round the corner. A very spacious car park. A good hotel to go back to. The room was clean. Very good desk. With tea/coffee maker. Very good lighting.
Disliked: No fridge
