Lovely stay in the centre...

Liked: Very nice hotel in the centre of Reims. Will definitely stay again
Disliked: Would be better if they provide a fridge in the room

Great location and clean, but...

Liked: The hotel was better than many reviews suggested. The location is excellent—very central, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, and the bedding and towels were good quality.
Disliked: Breakfast was the low point. Even with a reserved time slot, the dining room was already full and we waited about 20 minutes for a table. The selection was limited, and the “Cappuccino” button dispensed cocoa rather than coffee. You’re given just one small plate, which makes it awkward to fit everything. The breakfast area has no windows or natural light and felt poorly ventilated; I left feeling sweaty. Overall, the breakfast needs serious improvement.

Superb

Liked: The desk staff are helpful and efficient. The room was large, clean, and great air conditioning.
Disliked: The shower head was slightly damaged and we would have liked a mini fridge in our room.
