Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and there were many options available. The added security for parking was a surprise, but a good idea.
Disliked: Our door squeaked a lot; hopefully, it didn't bother other guests.

Good with some points to...

Liked: Lots of space in the rooms and they are starting to update them. We had 2 rooms, one of which had moved to vinyl flooring and a walk in shower. Other room had a tub and low pile carpet.Good breakfast that looks like they have two days of options provided. It is usually hopping.They want to clean and freshen your room, leaving a note behind if you left the "do not disturb" on the door. Location - many grocery stores nearby though all seemed to lack a pharmacy and all the products in that section (in our case - contact lens cleaner).Access to laundry and cost is reasonable.
Disliked: Room cards had to be regularly reset. An annoyance.Parking is not free ($12.50/night?) so put that into your comparables.Location - never having been to the Montreal area we always ended up in and around the Ville-Marie area. That's our own fault for not considering the distance to Brossard (a good 30 minutes). Something for you to pay attention to as you plan. :)Location (part 2) - closed up and tagged buildings nearby can feel disconcerting when you have to use your room key card to unlock the gate to parking. No issues came up during our stay though. It feels like a the main drag of a stretched out suburb so you'll need a vehicle to up and down the strip for anything other than the Boston Pizza and Restaurant Barbie.Didn't use it, but pool is on the smaller side.

Clean, Comfortable and good value!

Liked: The hotel was well located with a number of restaurants nearby. Checkin was very easy. Staff were friendly. They have gated parking here which is an added safety feature. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable too. The included breakfast was very good. Free wifi was also good. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Value for your money.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Would have liked to give it a full 10 rating which the facility itself definitely warranted
Disliked: The check in process was very disorganized. Rooms were not available on time and only one small elevator made it even more unpleasant.
