Exceptional

I found the stay average.

Liked: I liked the rooftop view during breakfast.
Disliked: There was construction being done on my floor. Although I couldn't hear them, it was a mess. There were towels in front of the doors, which made it hard for roller luggage to get in and out. Additionally, my room was a deluxe, but it had no actual closet. We requested a bag breakfast, which was offered according to their in-room manual. Yet we were told it was not possible. There was no time limit mentioned in the write-up, so we didn't know whether we had missed the deadline or if that option was no longer available. We had an early tour and wanted the bagged breakfast as advertised.

Liked: Nice rooms and waiting areas
Disliked: My room was so cold I couldn’t stay in there except to sleep and the mattress was very hard. The staff did nothing about the aircon being too low until my 3rd day when there was a change of staff.

Disappointing

Liked: Price is too high for what they offer
Disliked: very small room and bothroom even shower
