Very good

Liked: Friendly staff and very good location. The room was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: One thing I would improve is pillows -- the pillowcases were way too big and the pillows were too soft for my liking. But overall we are very satisfied with our stay.

Liked: The toilet is well equipped and clean . The bedding is comfortable too . Location is great and very close to an underground station . There is also shop where you can do groceries nearby

Liked: Very good location, close to many attractions. Metro nearby, about 400m. Easiest is to use Alexanderplatz as your central station as it has connections to everywhere, it is about 1.3km, with a metro about 5 min.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit uncomfy and the walls were thin

Liked: Nice hotel, very conveniently located with a walking distance to main attractions and an easy access to the U-Bahn. Despite proximity to the city center, the neighborhood was very quiet.

Liked: Centrally located hotel with close proximity to central Berlin, nice restaurants in-and around the street. Accommodating staff who were very attentive towards our requests and our group of travelers/friends.
Disliked: The lobby area could be improved, its ok and doable. The same goes for the rooms, clean, tidy and comfortable but not anything too fancy.
