Liked: Helpful staff. Nice rooms, hot tub, and pool. Good breakfast and shuttle service. It was everything we were looking for.

Restroom door showed it's age but the good full breakfast and pool area more than made up for that.

Liked: Nice, clean room; staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Lisa.

Liked: The Best Western Hotel chain is the best and I will not use any other given a preference. Always clean and comfortable with a wonderful breakfast, unlike some who advertise but don't measure up. Friendly courteous staff, a well run business that should be first choice when staying away from home.

Liked: The breakfast was cool the cranberry juice was water down
Disliked: 1st room the TV didnt work and then the other room they put us in the pillowcase had blood on 2 of them

Liked: Proximity to the MSA Fieldhouse, right across the street. If you are coming for basketball, this is a decent hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was good. Pool was fun.
Disliked: Definitely run down, staff didn't speak good English but were kind. Internet was spotty.

Liked: The pool had nice adult only hours.
Disliked: The hotel looked more dated than the pictures.

Liked: Well-kept hotel that felt welcoming and safe. Breakfast was good too and they had late hours for the pool.
Disliked: Bathtub was baseline for hotels in terms of age/cleanliness and not unexpected.

Disliked: Morning breakfast DID NOT have coffee available.My sister overheard an employee tell a hotel guest he didnt know how to make it! Limited selection at breakfast due to We are out of certain items.. Questionable how youre out of items when Im there at
