Disliked: Arrived at the hotel around 8 p.m. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came out. I gave the gentleman my ID and credit card, and he lectures me about rooms that may or may not be available. I said if there are no rooms I will go somewhere else. He says they had a room for me. We got to the room, and as soon as I opened the door, my wife saw a roach crawling on the wall. We go back to the front desk to inform the gentleman, and he tells me how they just remodeled the hotel, so he doesn't see how there could be a roach in the room. After denying us a refund, he switched our rooms out where we slept with our clothes on and never unpacked our bags.
