Excellent value for money hotel...

Liked: Clean spacious room with air con. Staff very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: A little tired & dated

Full of Asylum seekers

Liked: The room was well equipped and comfortable.
Disliked: Well when arriving on the evening there were a lot of foreign people outside the entrance of the hotel smoking with more looking out of the hotel room windows. It was later noted that the main hotel is full with long term occupancy of asylum seekers. In view of this the only rooms for general sale are the annex and outside entrance rooms.I would imagine this place would be very intimidating for long ladies visiting these premises. The carpark is relatively small and appears to share access with local estate.

A nice relaxing three days

Liked: We stayed in the Wilson room which was on the ground floor and made moving our luggage easier.The bar was a simple relaxing place to sit down with friends for a quiet drink.
Disliked: While my wife liked the shower, I couldn’t seem to cool it down

Was relaxing, staff pleasant, breakfast...

Liked: Felt like home from home however could be updated in terms of the decor..
Disliked: Again it needed updating!!! Felt old and tired.
