Disliked: MOLD MOLD N MOLD. Could smell as soon as I opened door don't ever take room 318. Can even see mold. For 204 dollars. Room was small fudge has standing water in. I have mold at apt msnged dose nothing I should have stayed 204Couldnt figure how how to turn on hot tub. Front desk lady called owner not my fault he was 3o mins away well he turned drive back came into my over posted smelly musky mold room n said all you had to do was push button Than owner RUDELY said I drive back 30 mins dive for this

Liked: The hotel itself was nice and clean, cool air in the room and a decent breakfast.
Disliked: Our daughter wanted to swim, but there was a baseball team in town occupying the entire pool area. I know not he hotel fault, but disappointing. Plus the kids running up and down the hallway being loud and slamming doors.

Liked: Very little breakfast, we saw what they had and then ate elsewhere
Disliked: Very dirty and old. When we got to our room and opened the door, we immediately smelled old smoke. Then there were two kids stickers, pretty good size and the wrappers off the back laying on our desk in the room… With a lot of crumbs. I told the night clerk who wasn’t very concerned about all of it. The night Clerk had a dog working with her, and I let her know how dirty the room was, and that I was afraid to sleep on the sheets because I thought they probably had not been changed…when we did wind up, going to bed, the left side of the sheets were dirty. Needed more towels next morning for a shower. Little hot water. This hotel had gotten such great reviews, that’s why we drove a little out of our way to stay there… We stay in Newton, Iowa quite often and have always stayed elsewhere down the road, I can guarantee will be back there instead of at this place. I mentioned the room to the clerk when checking out, seemed not to care and had a nonchalant attitude about the whole thing. I have never written a review about such a poor room before… But there was no care at all about the shambles of this room. If we had not been so exhausted because we had been traveling, we probably would’ve went elsewhere… My advice to anyone wanting to stay here… Go elsewhere!
