Liked: The receptionist, (Diane?), was very welcoming and helpful. The facility is beautiful and there are walkable food choices. Worth going off the beaten path.
Disliked: Internet sites have no indication that it is not on I-80. Your site could have clear directions on how to get there. Our GPS, Google maps, and phone call gave us 3 different exit choices. Confusing, but, probably all would have eventually worked. That's not what you want after a long drive.

Quiet location, nice facilities, clean...

Liked: Loved the quiet and walkable downtown location. Facilities were very nice and our spacious room was fresh and clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Would book here again if future opportunity arises.

OK value for a one...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, rooms and building relatively clean, beds was really comfortable.
Disliked: Building was older, and needs updates. Window curtains had some tears, seat cushion on sofa was torn on the seams, bathroom grout could use some cleaning. Staff not very welcoming and we had to clean our own table in breakfast area. No kitchen staff even around.

Liked: I love this hotel. It's my favorite in the area. I was given a free upgrade because when checking in the staff working the front desk almost did t let me check in. They have a new rule that anyone that lives in the area can't get a room there. I often take little mini vacations on a weekend when I need a break and to rewind and I always go there. So it upset me that I couldn't . She worked it out for me and gave me an upgrade to a jetted tub suite fory troubles. Very happy and relaxing.
