Dissapointing

Liked: The location is great, and the staff was warmly welcoming.
Disliked: This was my second stay at this hotel, and although I wanted to give it another chance, I was very disappointed and will not be returning.Several issues affected my experience. The air conditioning is incredibly noisy—like a Boeing 747 taking off. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was very off-putting. The TV is outdated and desperately needs an upgrade to support streaming services like Netflix. Additionally, my room was missing the intermediate curtain, leaving me with either no curtain or a heavy blackout curtain, which completely blocked any outside light.Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives this time around.

Liked: The floors of the lobby are pretty. Pet friendly.
Disliked: Its location is parking lot locked and surrounded. No real place to allow your dog a place to eliminate other than a small patch of grass right on a busy road. Too chaotic for most dogs to relax. There’s individual acs for every room and they are all LOUD. My room was pulling 95 decimals at 1:30am! I called the front desk to see if I was beside a generator room. The guy who came down was rude and acting like I complained about his mother. “shut the door you won’t hear it”. “Duh, I have been in this room with the door closed” Not a restful nights sleep at all. The price online was great. But when I got there, there a fee to park, a fee for dogs, a fee for breathing and it ended up being much more expensive than a peaceful place in a better location. Don’t get fooled.
