Liked: Location was convenient and staff at check out was pleasant and apologetic
Disliked: Prepaid reservation was made and it took over 30 minutes to check in as the lady working the desk "couldn't find" the reservation. She asked my name multiple times and each time, I told her my name even spelling for her, she then asked me to write it down for her, which I did and she continued to ask my name 3 more times after it was written down for her. I offered her my booking number, which she declined, saying it wouldn't help and then asked for the same number as if I hadn't just offered it to her. Whenever I asked if there was a manager who could help her as she was obviously struggling, I was told "yes, I'm struggling, but no there is nobody else" I had worked 12 hours that day and drove 2 1/2 hours to reach this destination to attend a funeral nearby early the next morning this very unpleasant interaction only worked to make an already bad situation worse. Also at no time did this woman ask me for an ID, I could have been anybody going in there.

Liked: most of the staff was amazing and very helpful. and one guy im not sure of his name but he was super nice and helpful getting booking to send in my payment so they would not keep the double pament. not sure if you will see this but thank you to the guy with the long hair.
Disliked: one member of the staff, not sure of his name, wasn't very helpful trying to figure out why booking hadn't sent in my prepayment. Basically, he told me to figure it out myself.

Liked: Very nice room and accommodations. I did ask for an adaptive room with roll in shower, as I’m a quadriplegic. Didn’t get that, but otherwise excellent accommodations.
