Liked: Facilities have been upgraded since our last stay , really lovely and modern
Disliked: Rooms were lovely, although very warm - we were at an event, and they seemed a bit short on team at certain points . Bar staff worked really hard! Breakfast was really busy and a little slow at replenishing breakfast items. But overall, a lovely one night stay

Disappointing.

Liked: The room was lovely, spacious with sliding doors giving access to outside space with tables and chairs.
Disliked: The noise on the Friday night there may have been an event going on in the conference room upstairs.The atmosphere, lots of people complaining about various things which made the staff defensive.There wasn’t a breakfast menu on two mornings due to lack of staff and how busy the hotel was.There was a buffet only which the one member of staff to keep it presentable and who struggled to keep up with the replenishment of mugs, glasses, milk etc.Having to queue to get in for breakfast as nobody there to greet and sit you.Dirty plates and cutlery.Coffee/tea machine needed a good wipe over, overflowing bin for teabags and waste so people just piling them up alongside the buffet on the counter.Lack of toiletries such as shower gel.Jacuzzi was out of order.It was twice the price of the Premier Inn and apart from the pool I was unable to justify double the price as I regularly stay in Bridgend.

Good choice

Liked: Happy to choose this hotel. The room was same like on the photos, coffee, bescuits and some bottles of water for free,nice pool.
Disliked: They could improve the restaurant food

Disliked: The shower in the room wasn't great.The beds were too soft, but thatnis a personal preference

Liked: I liked that my grandson said it was the Poshest hotel he'd stayed in. He loved the Sauna. & pool but was disappointed the Hot tub wasn't available to experience.. Our food was mouth watering. We had a lovely time together
Disliked: We didn't like the disrespectful guests in the adgasent room . who kept us awake until 12.15am playing bar games & screatching & I'm sure We weren't the only ones who complained. An apology was given to patrons by the Staff from the noisy guests next morning..
