Liked: Location
Disliked: No pool, no water, no flushing toilets, no bed linen for the sofa bed, when it eventually arrived at almost 10pm there was no duvet cover. Breakfast was atrocious, we were told no tea coffee, what was left was greasy the waiter was not attentive we had to get are own extra chair to make up the table of 5. The waiter was seen by us eating from the hot buffet food with his hands. We took our 3 grandchildren away one of them being autistic, it completely spoilt our stay. When we went to return the key, we were kept waiting, when then receptionist appeared wearing lipstick, she joked sorry about that lovely my lips were dry. Totally unprofessional staff, they all need training. The manager was the only professional, perhaps he can train his staff to his level.

Disliked: The spa bubble bath was empty and broken which was a disappointment as booked for a spa break! -There were two (?)weddings going on which wasn’t too bad as we were out for the evening. But was a bit noisey all night

Liked: Beautiful decorated through out staff where where polite and friendly.
Disliked: Pool absolutely freezing, no jacuzzi working bottle filled with a pink solution left on side not good when children could have picked it up. Glass on the changing room floor not a member of staff checked in pool area within the time we where there and tiles slippery from the build up of water this area needs attention

Liked: The welcome we received upon arrival was fantastic. We arrived on the 22nd after a poor experience at another resort. The lady that organised our room & stay was so lovely and helpful. She went well above and beyond what was expected. Myself and children had a really disappointing experience elsewhere and had been in the car most of the day and she very quickly returned the smiles to our faces. So much so that we decided to book another night and again was helped by linking the bookings, keeping us in our room for the following day/evening. The breakfast was of good quality, the pool area was very clean and very much enjoyed by the children and our room was spotlessly clean! The bar staff were very efficient and friendly and the room service food ordered was of a great standard. I don’t very often give a review, but having had the best experience, there is no way I couldn’t take the time to thank all at the hotel. We’ll definitely be back and recommend to others. Thank you!
