This was a excellent place...

Liked: It was clean close to everything we wanted to do and the staff was amazing
Disliked: Nothing everything was great

My stay was a stay!

Liked: The bathroom and shower was spacious and amazing
Disliked: They had Wi-Fi and smart tvs in room but limited access to its features

Liked: I like that’s there’s a flat screen tv microwave refrigerator mirrors paintings marvel floors in the restroom how big the king restroom room are I like how comfortable the bed are as well I like the pool coffee breakfast
Disliked: The view wasn’t too pretty and the temperature in the room is cold

Disliked: King size bed was horrible... Like you hippo wrestle on it. sort on towels had to share. other group with had no door on bathroom and one couple had no beds in room. Smelt like kitty litter walking in. Breakfast could of been better.

Liked: The Staff was UNABLE to HELP or give us ANSWERS! Got the card for the area manager Mr.Patel… NEVER CALLED ME BACK…Breakfast Menu Items were NOT AVAILABLE…apparently even if you get to Breakfast at 6am..NO EGGS,NO SAUSAGE or GRITS!Front Desk response was, “That’s ALL we HAVE!” It was 6am those items were NEVER COOKED!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
Disliked: Check your RECEIPT..overcharge me for PARKING(WE RODE w/son-in-law&daughter)Then staff couldn’t give me REFUND for 3Days!Heritage Inn had NO BREAKFAST!Our room NEVER got CLEAN, even after we talked to the front desk to inform her that we were leaving so housekeeping could clean our room.We had to go to to the front desk to get CLEAN TOWELS. Every DAY!Our key only worked one day (had to go have front desk to reset).
