Best Western Heritage Inn - Chico

Reasonably priced and don't see how it could have been better. Oh wait! One negative - the sunflower seeds and peanuts in the 2nd floor vending machine were really stale. I could not believe it.

Liked: Clean; nice pool and hot tub. Great continental breakfast with hot waffles and eggs. FastWiFi and friendly service.

Liked: Breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean too.

Staying at the Best Western...

Liked: The breakfast was really great and the kitchen staff attentive and great, as well!
Disliked: No charge if you come 30 min. early unless the room isn't yet ready. I came 15 min. early & the desk clerk said I'd have to pay $25.00 extra if I wanted the key right away.

Liked: Love the staff, facilities, location.
Disliked: The pool area was not very well lit? The lights in the pool and hot tub were not working, so it was very dark.

Disliked: Since the location was very close to the freeway, I could hear the cars or trucks as they drove by. I thought the window was open because the traffic was very loud, but it was closed.
