Best Western Henrietta Inn & Suites

Super nice staff. Good place...

Liked: The staff was fabulous. Very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was pretty bad. I woke up with a sore back. When I booked the stay I did not see anything about the pool not being available. They are in the process of some remodeling and the pool was not open.

It was a spooky stay...

Liked: the morning attendant was very nice. The beds were comfortable even though they were moist from humidity
Disliked: If felt dark and gloomy like the hotel from The Shining. Everything was humidity soaked. Nothing dried out. The room smelled mildew. The evening clerk was unfriendly and kind of gave us a look like she wondered why we were there.
