Perfect place to stay on...
Liked: The rooms were extremely clean and most of the property is renovated… They still don’t have the pool or gym up and running, but the rest of the property is pretty great. Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance. Close to some great restaurants like Bull, malarkey and jefe in town and right off the highway very convenient.
Disliked: Check in and check out, took a lot longer than expected

We will not stay again
Liked: The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The breakfast attendant was friendly and accommodating. The absolute best part of Henrietta was the hidden gem restaurant B Malarkey’s Five Stars for them
Disliked: Shower curtain was moldy and tub would not drain. Toilet took three flushes before flushing even just urine! Room was Dusty’s AC filter by elevator was filthy dirty

Liked: Breakfast was good, lots of choices, food was right temperature, cafe was clean and well stocked.Room, hallways, and lobby were clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable and convenient to elevator,
Disliked: The only issue I had was kids were running in the hallway and screaming and laughing for a while, but that was controlled pretty prompt, without me having to complain to someone.
