Unfriendly

Disliked: After paying for the room online, I was told by the very unfriendly person at the front desk, that they could not provide me a room, because I live in the area. Numerous times prior to this I have stayed at this hotel. The staff person on duty was rude and very unhelpful to me and seemed as if she enjoyed refusing me a room.

Not great! We wouldn’t stay...

Liked: The room was clean and beds were comfortable
Disliked: The hallways and main areas could have used a deep cleaning. Especially the carpets. The restaurant was old and dingy. The food was not great! And the breakfast options were not great. The fruit bowl was a can of fruit the emptied into a bowl. Yuck.
