Best Western Hartford Hotel & Suites

Liked: Very clean and very friendly.

Front desk clerk was very accommodating in finding an alternate route for me to take to the Comcast Theatre, rather than I-91.

Liked: Loved that the A/C thermostat worked and the A/C did not run all night.

Liked: Staff were helpful and pleasant to interact with. Breakfast options were solid. Room was spacious.
Disliked: The 1st floor has an overwhelming musty odor, a mix of mold and old cigarette smoke I'm assuming. Thankfully the smell was mostly limited to the hallway. Room was definitely tired, functional and met our needs, but tired. Furnishings were well worn, carpets were worn. Overall you could tell the room was in need of an update/reset.

Liked: Delicious Breakfast, hilarious down to earth staff, comfortable accommodations, healthy environment
Disliked: Sometimes shower would get cold, not much interests in the area, but area is extremely safe as it should be.
