Dirty; pool closed; fitness room a joke; mold; lamp shades not even on the lamps; chocolate chip cookies on room floor; bathroom counters filthy. Have pictures to prove it. Moved to another hotel. Fighting to get my money back. Front counter people a joke.

Not a good hotel

Liked: Honestly nothing. I was disappointed.
Disliked: I booked it a few days ago through Booking.com and would not book it again. The guy at the reception was uncooperative, and the hotel was just okay. Also, this was my first time using Booking.com, and it turned out to be not a good experience.

Liked: People were quiet during night hours
Disliked: The room had an odor, carpet around the room was wet. The breakfast was not cooked properly and made me sick later that day. There was spider on my bed, the ventilation has not been cleaned in a very long time. I could not sleep well due to all of this issue.

Liked: Staff were friendly. It’s in an area where there isn’t a lot of foot traffic, so it felt safe. Lots of outdoor lighting especially at night and cameras for surveillance around the building. Multiple entrances that requires you to use your room key which I thought was a nice feature.
Disliked: When we got in to do a walk through of our room before bringing up our bags, my husband sat down on the desk chair and when he got up I noticed there was something all on his backside. The previous guest made a mess of the chair, I assume was makeup. I took a picture and went down and showed the gentlemen at the front desk. They were very apologetic and seemed very sincere, which I appreciated. They said they would have someone switch the chairs but the cleaning staff came in a wiped the chair. She seemed to have an attitude about it.
