Best Western Harrisburg North Hotel

Dirty; pool closed; fitness room a joke; mold; lamp shades not even on the lamps; chocolate chip cookies on room floor; bathroom counters filthy. Have pictures to prove it. Moved to another hotel. Fighting to get my money back. Front counter people a joke.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Stayed only 1 hour and checked out. Dirtiest place ever.

Disliked: Very unprofessional atmosphere.Loud fireworks outside our window in back parking lot by guests, woke us all up, called the front desk not once or twice but three times. Stains on carpets and sofa bed mattress, leaky faucets in bathroom and mildew smell.I can’t believe this is a best western.

Liked: When we arrived we were instantly greeted and had no trouble checking into the hotel. There was complimentary breakfast every morning and 24/7 tea and coffee in the lobby. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little too small for moving around and the bed was a tad uncomfortable but not too bad.

Liked: Stayed here for a concert at Hershey Park Stadium. The location was great, not in the middle of everything but close enough that even with the traffic we got there in no time. The room was acceptably clean, no mold or bed bugs or big carpet stains. We had two queens and they were clean and very comfortable. Check in was quick and the lobby was nice.
Disliked: The vanity mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work so it was a little dim in there. The tub could have been a little more pristine but it wasn’t dirty or moldy. No other complaints!

Please clean your rooms better.
