Best Western Harrisburg North Hotel

Dirty; pool closed; fitness room a joke; mold; lamp shades not even on the lamps; chocolate chip cookies on room floor; bathroom counters filthy. Have pictures to prove it. Moved to another hotel. Fighting to get my money back. Front counter people a joke.

Liked: The room was great and had a 2nd bathroom that we weren't expecting that was great for our group.

Liked: The breakfast was more than what we were expecting and the person who working the front desk was also over there and greeting everyone and checking on everything. She was a true joy.
