Best Western Harrisburg North Hotel

Dirty; pool closed; fitness room a joke; mold; lamp shades not even on the lamps; chocolate chip cookies on room floor; bathroom counters filthy. Have pictures to prove it. Moved to another hotel. Fighting to get my money back. Front counter people a joke.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Stayed only 1 hour and checked out. Dirtiest place ever.

Liked: Great location off of 81North. Clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs si light I had trouble keeping them on my fork! Real yogurt, too.
Disliked: Towels were thin for 2 people.

Liked: The customer service, breakfast , the pool and the cleaning service. The location was good.
Disliked: They need to upgrade the tv to a smart one. Also the lamps to the usb ones so customers can charge their phones or whatever they want to charge.

Liked: The parking was good. Size of suite very good. Price for stay was good.
Disliked: The hotel is old and needs refurb. Hallways and Suite Room smelled musty and old. Stains in carpet, some were sticky. Ice machine on my floor inoperable and staff didn’t seem to care. Suite furniture was stiff and not comfortable. Did not want to return to hotel while on vacation but had to. Very disappointing
