It was a great room...

Liked: Spacious room for a family of six. Friendly staff! Nice variety of breakfast items.
Disliked: It was lacking seating to accommodate all the people having breakfast in a busy morning.

Liked: We have stayed at almost every hotel in that area. And we always understand the need for a hold for incidentals. But the counter person should inform the guest that a $100 charge will be applied for that! Not just say well it was in the payer and the website. When called the hotel to follow up on this the man at the front desk was extremely short and laker concern. I explained that verbal notice of a $100 charge would be secured against there card. His answer was ( well that’s our policy) and then hung up on me. My point to this was if someone was not aware of a large secure their personal account could become over draw if they aren’t made directly aware of such a charge.

Liked: Very easy on and off the highway and the local stores so close, very friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and room set up.
Disliked: Bed mattress maybe be flipped . It was very comfortable but the middle sank pretty far down
