Liked: Rodent infestation is astonishing. Staff (non) response was even more astonishing. Stayed in many NYC hotels. Never had a mouse actually in my room. Choose carefully. Also, the breakfast is horrible. Fake eggs. Lousy coffee. No fruit. Hard pass!!!

Liked: The breakfast was poor not many options to choose from. The room was a bit small and when someone is walking in the coridore you can feel the vibración in the room.

Liked: Great location in Brooklyn with a short 2 block walk to the subway. Breakfast- juices, coffee, waffles, cereals, eggs/bacon, pastries, yogurt.
Disliked: No laundry facilities.

Liked: I like the way how the hotel room looks and smell clean. I travel a few times a year and the smell of the rooms always turns me off, but this time it met my expectations. The breakfast was good, and the dining area is clean. I would stay there again.
Disliked: The lobby area could definitely use some plants to enhance its appearance. The elevator is a bit slow. some of the front desk staff need to be a little friendlier.

Cheap, budget accommodation.

Liked: The only thing that was nice was the location.I had to also say that Jenny from reception and Margaret from kitchen were very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The rooms were quite outdated, walls and ceiling very thin so we could hear every noice from upstairs. Above us there were some very noisy kids who were jumping in the middle of the night. For 3 nights we couldn’t sleep because they were jumping from 1am till 4-5am! The breakfast was horrible, very artificial. Eggs, meat and yogurt from packages with lots of unfriendly things in them. Very little fruits. No option to accommodate dietary requirements. Sustainability not existing! Plastics cutlery, disposable plates, cups, plastic cups in plastic bags…so much plastic and unnecessary waist.
