Best Western Greenfield Inn

Liked: The ease of getting in my room and getting settled.
Disliked: Very noisy! Other residents were sitting in their vehicles right outside my room window when I got there and through the evening. Then again around 6am the next day. There were young people running around the building, in and outside, unsupervised and making noise all night long. Very noisy, especially the loud music right outside my window. I doubt I will ever stay there again.

Overall good.

Liked: The pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice. Huge hot tub and handicap accessible like the pool which is great. Friendly staff. Nice coffee to go stand.
Disliked: The breakfast was sub par. I rather I didn't pay extra for it and go elsewhere. Busy, not a lot of room to sit. Meh breakfast. The bed was firm and not comfy. Huge bathroom door to maneuver in small space.

Disappointing

Disliked: I didn't like when I wasn't compensated or acknowledged about being stuck in a pool area for over 2 hours while the incident on Saturday evening between 2:30 and 3:00 that involved the police running through the whole building trying to find some guy with a gun. Can't believe we got locked in the pool area for over two and a half hours as it was so hot in there people were getting sick and couldn't even use the bathroom cuz there's no bathroom inside the pool area either staff didn't even consider giving us anything in compensation or anything

Exceptional

Liked: Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Nice overall

Liked: Clean comfortable 15 mins from downtown nice pool restaurant and bar parking was nice
Disliked: If you don’t have a name brand bank you can’t use card I showed bank card and it was denied and no free breakfast . Water leaked from ceiling onto the floor the next morning we where there

Disliked: Didn't like the thermostat. Our room was muggy and didn't cool down until the last day we were there

Pleasant

Liked: The restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The mattresses were terrible. I mean really terrible.
