Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bathroom door and closet door wouldn’t stay shut. The room smelt very musty when we first came in.

Disliked: Our TV did not work in our room, and I never seen anyone at the front desk the entire time of our stay except to check in and just happen to cacth the young lady when we left.

Liked: Breakfast was yummy and location was perfectly in the middle of our final destination..check in was short and sweet after a long night of traveling so I was thankful there wasn't much to it
Disliked: The beds are not great for somebody with back problems like myself so although everything else was great it might not be my first choice unfortunately next time

Liked: The staff was very nice, rooms were clean.
Disliked: I didn't like that we were going to be charged an early check-in fee for trying to check in at 2:40 pm, when check-in was at 3:00 pm. When you travel and get to the hotel early all you want to do is go to your room and relax. I have never been told I would be charged an early check-in fee anywhere I have stayed!!!!
