Very disappointing, info given prior...

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: 1. TV remote would not switch off tv, had to switch it off at the socket! Reported this on first morning, but situation the same that evening.2. Plug in wash basin would not stay down, had to shave & wash in running water - waste! As above reported on first morning, but the same that evening.3. Used tissues tucked under pillow on first night, still there second night.4. Total lack of any grab handles in or by the shower - potentially very dangerous! My wife, who has slight stability problems due to back & hip damage, was unable to use the shower.5. When booking I explained that two of the guests had walking difficulties, one particularly bad, can only 'shuffle' using a Zimmer frame. I was assured that our room would be very close to the lift in order to minimise walking. In the event, our room was about as far from the lift as possible and through two (heavy) fire doors!

Best Stay Ever!!!

Liked: My husband loved how clean and spacious the room was he literally fell asleep as soon as he hit the bed and said it was so comfortable and cozy.I loved the Caffe side of the hotel amazing food and amazing service from the staff each time I stayed there I ordered a coffee the lovely lady who serves me makes the most amazing coffees and drinks I'm hooked.

Disliked: Refunding the safety deposit takes too long. No air con in the rooms but fans provided.
