Best Western Governors Inn & Suites

An overall good stay!

Liked: We liked the room and hotel. The room was nice, clean, and the amenities were well stocked.
Disliked: The breakfast. The eggs were runny and the sausage could have been cooked a little bit more.

Disliked: There was no Cord in the Telephone. I had to carry phone to front desk. The Furniture in room was Scratched up. No Hot water in Sink. None in the tub.

Liked: The shower was AMAZING!!!! Overall great.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: We found a roach in our room. We killed it looked everywhere for signs of others but didn’t find anything. Staff came in and cleaned it up but that was it and then our tv didn’t work. We just went to sleep so we could get the hell out the next morning. When I told the manager the next morning he tried to say it was the new guys fault but he didn’t do anything wrong. What should have been done is apologize and refund or at the very least discount the hell out of our stay.
