Liked: consistanct standard between visits
Disliked: I dont like that there is no longer shampoo and conditioner available. I understand I can get it from reception, but I'm not going wandering around in my pjs in the morning!There should be a large obvious sign when you enter the room and the information should be noticable on the web site.Even a seperate shampoo/conditioner on the wall would have been ok. Not happy with this change!

Liked: The rooms were large, well set up, beds comfortable, rooms were incredibly clean, our check in was so seamless, the gentleman who checked us in even went ahead and turned the heater on as it was a very cold day, excellent customer service, great rooms, good location. Very happy

Disliked: Because it was raining. We didn’t not want to smoke outside so we smoked in our car to avoid getting wet. I then was bothered by 3 people in the balcony, throwing wet toilet paper at my car. Almost breaking the windscreen. Then proceeded to call my partner and I awful names because we were sitting in our car

Nice spacious room

Liked: Rooms were spacious and well maintained. After a not so good beginning the staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We arrived a little earlier than we planned with 3/4 hour before 2pm. We noticed staff sitting outside talking (they were wearing Best Western uniform). When we went to the front door it was locked. There is no doubt they saw us but didn’t speak or acknowledge us so we drove away. I realise the time says 2pm but we had just driven 41/2 hours to get there.
