Above our expectations definitely our...

Liked: Room was set up with a couple balloons and a card (with his name!) for our son's birthday after request was made online booking. Made our son's birthday weekend that much more special! All the staff was great and the hotel was also! We all loved the indoor pool! Will definitely be back!

Liked: The hot tub and pool room was extremely hot that day. Hotter than normal almost unbreathable. Other than that, wonderful stay.

Hotel cares about sanitizing and...

Liked: The staff were very friendly, especially breakfast staff. Continental breakfast was average for a hotel stay. The kids and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Ceiling needed some work. Several areas in our room that were clearly damaged and had large water spots.
