Liked: Breakfast is great.
Disliked: This is my 4 time staying here and I don't have any complaints.

Passable

Liked: Friendly and helpful front desk staff, nice pool area,lots of restaurants and other amenities close by
Disliked: Breakfast area is far too small for the amount of guests - staff recommended we take our breakfast back to our hotel room or to the pool area. We also had dirty feet from walking around in our hotel room (although the rest of the room was clean). Lots of traffic noise when staying in a room facing the car park.

Liked: I left very early in the morning. 5:30 am. Didn't get a chance to eat or use the pool, but they both looked great. Would stay there again. Thanks.

Over 2 weeks of travel...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Arrived early and was informed it would charge $30 day to check in early. In all our many trips that has NEVER happened. Nor has any other hotel, and we’ve stay in MANY!! We declined. I will avoid Best Western in the future when possible. Breakfast area was crowded and noisy. Walls thin and could hear people in next room. Bed was lumpy!! Awful!!

Liked: Great stop off coming from the keys onto west coast nice pool area Handy laundry to wash and dry $8 but very toxic smell needs better ventilation in the laundry room
Disliked: Breakfast items all very sugary sweet You can hear everything in next door only a door separate us it must open to let family share a bit uncomfortable! The neighbours were up at 6am drying hair etc I was trying to sleep
