Hotel was convenient and easy to find in Utica. Going for a show at the Brewery and it was less than a 10 minute cab ride (which was roughly $10). Appreciated a separate entrance, especially for late at night. Breakfast in AM was a treat. Would definitely stay again.

Poor customer service

Liked: It was the only location available on the dates that we needed
Disliked: Upon our arrival at approximately 3:00 AM on Friday night, we discovered that the toilet was already clogged and not functioning properly.On Saturday morning around 11:00 AM, I visited the front desk to request assistance in unclogging the toilet and to ask for two fresh towels. Unfortunately, when we returned to the room later that night at approximately 1:15 AM, the issue had not been addressed. As a result, I had to spend approximately 45 minutes unclogging the toilet myself.It is disappointing that such a basic maintenance request was not fulfilled in a timely manner, and that I, as a guest, had to resolve the issue personally. This experience reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided and significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.

Disliked: Musty motel type rooms. Couldn’t open curtains as no privacy. Toilet and shower area too tiny and claustrophobic. Dirt found behind bed. Spider web hanging from ceiling. Stained chair in room. Handprints on headboard.

Liked: It was in Utica and had one room available when I needed to leave my AirBNB at 10pm the night before I had to be up for a race.
Disliked: It was way overpriced for one night and the place definitely price-gouged for the Boilermaker event. I’m sure it happened everywhere but I still think it’s wrong considering many people are on tight budgets. The only reason I booked the room was because the affordable Airbnb I booked had a broken water heater that couldn’t be fixed for me to shower.
