BEST Western for sure❣️

Liked: All of the staff were friendly, polite and personable. The Facility was very clean and well kept. I was surprised at how good the hallway smelled on the way to my room. Comfortable bed. Really enjoyed my much needed peaceful stay at Best Western Gastonia.
Disliked: That the pool was closed and that I only had one night to enjoy my relaxation.😞

Liked: The beds were very comfortable, the shower was powerful and each to adjust temperature-wise and the breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Toilet was a bit too low for us oldies (73 and 71) and sausage gravy would have been nice to add to the breakfast bar that iincluded biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns.

Disappointing

Disliked: The tub was felling up when I was in the shower and the sink was felling up not going down

Disliked: The rooms were awful. I arrived there and was given a room outside the hotel at the car park. Never in my life have I seen such a room. Outdated and unsafe, I had to block the door with a char and table and was so scared I left the place 3hrs later.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was comfortable, but dirty. Hair on the sheets, water stains on the wall and ceiling.. food on the floor doesn’t look like it was swept from the previousGuest. There was a sign if you book 2 nights you get a $50 gift card towards your next stay. I asked at the guest services checking in about it.I booked it before May 11 we would get that discount. took a picture of the card that was up on the desk. The lady working there just told me it’s expired and left the sign there.
Disliked: The property was good for the area. I just wish our room was cleaned. Plus upset about the $50 discount because if you have a sign up, you should be given that advertisement.
