Excellent staff at the front...

Liked: Nyla or Nila was the greatest hotel staff ive ever dealt with. She was so accommodating leading up to our stay. Very helpful and even made sure we got an early check in.
Disliked: There was hard spots on our bed sheets and blood on the comforter. The shower curtain was still wet and looked mildewy. And we watched a housekeeping member not change another rooms sheets when we were checking out, which makes sense, due to our bedding. Also the pool was freezing. Not just cold but like ice was in the water and all they said is there was nothing they could do about it. Also there are no screens on room 244. Very dangerous for the hotel guests id say.... Huge fall risk along with the wasps nest that was in the window sill.... That I'll allergic to. That's all the things I didn't like and I'm now disputing the charge with my bank....
