Liked: Location was just what we needed for a two day road trip.
Disliked: Rooms felt outdated and smelled a bit musty. Our smoke alarm was beeping and the hotel employee had no idea how to fix it so he ended up having us just disconnect it.

Liked: The water was hot
Disliked: Customer service sucks. We went swimming. I asked for more towels and staff asked me to swap the used towels in order to get clean ones. Also, I noticed on SUNDAY that I had been Charged 3 times. I spoke with staff about the charge. And nothing happened. Now it’s 6/5/25 I’ve been charged twice $146.80. I called yesterday and was given a bullshit explanation. This is a huge inconvenience.

Disliked: first, we were put in a room that smelled like cigarettes. stale cigarettes at that. then we were put in a room that must have had a basketball team staying above us. stomping and jumping all night. we endured but will not be back.
