Check in was easy; stay was comfortable; nice clean room; big bathroom; would stay there again.
Liked: Very clean; mostly quiet; breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Some noise from fellow guest in the morning at 4 am.

We really enjoyed the stay at the Best Western Inn. The room were very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Disliked: This room was not as advertised on Booking.com. It was dark, cramped and dated. The bathroom had no light over the vanity area so we could not see other than in the shower. The air conditioning was loud, kicking on and off all night. The pillows were lumpy and there was only 1 bath towel. It was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in, and we travel often. Very dissatisfied with this entire Booking.com reservation and room

Disliked: We booked this hotel for 2 nights in July 2025 via Booking.com, but it turned into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had.When we arrived late at night with our children, the sofa bed had visible urine stains and no linens or blankets — even after we requested them. There were only two towels for four guests. The bathroom was dirty, with blood stains on the toilet door and leaking plumbing. Several lights didn’t work, the room smelled awful, and the overall condition was completely unacceptable.We tried calling reception at night — no answer. Out of necessity, we stayed the first night, but checked out early and skipped the second night.I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to request a refund for the unused night (and a partial refund for the first night). The hotel had verbally agreed during our stay that the conditions were unacceptable and they would support reimbursement. However, once Booking.com reached out to them, the hotel never replied. Weeks later, there is still no resolution and no refund.This property is not only poorly maintained but also unresponsive when it comes to addressing serious hygiene and service issues. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel entirely. I still don’t get how come they have 3 stars !
