Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites

Check in was easy; stay was comfortable; nice clean room; big bathroom; would stay there again.

Liked: Very clean; mostly quiet; breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Some noise from fellow guest in the morning at 4 am.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff, both at the bar side and the hotel. Would stay again if had to go to Buffalo again.

We really enjoyed the stay at the Best Western Inn. The room were very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay At Best Western...

Liked: Shauna at the front desk did an excellent job getting us in prior to listed check in. About the only plus.
Disliked: 1)The room #135 was run down.2) Exterior motel door to rear of hotel by room 131 was never locked. 3) Broken bathroom door - would not latch. Door was broken lockset was loose.4) There was no bathroom vent fan for shower. 5) Mold on walls.6) AC/heat Vent grills were bent like someone tried getting behind them. 7) The bathroom sink faucet was loose to sink.8) Breakfast was being put away when we got there at 9:35 AM. The person running it said, "Breakfast stops at 9:30, and we should have been told at check-in." We WERE NOT told that. While we tried to grab breakfast from what wasn't already put away, there were at least three other Best Western Galleria room guests that came down looking for breakfast only to be told breakfast was over at 9:30.9) Pool was drained and unusable.
