Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites

Check in was easy; stay was comfortable; nice clean room; big bathroom; would stay there again.

Liked: Very clean; mostly quiet; breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Some noise from fellow guest in the morning at 4 am.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff, both at the bar side and the hotel. Would stay again if had to go to Buffalo again.

We really enjoyed the stay at the Best Western Inn. The room were very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Liked: Location; price; very friendly staff; nice breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes; juice; cereal; milk; coffee; etc)
Disliked: There was what looked like blood on the underside of the comforter on the bed. The staff were apologetic and gave us a replacement.

Liked: Good location, close to the highway. Inexpensive to stay
Disliked: Our bathroom door was broken, it wouldn’t close all the way. We managed and made it work for the stay. The beds are not super comfortable.
